At the Regional League of Cities – 42 US Congress people, Senators, Mayors and dignitaries representing 482 Dessert Mountain Division Cities in California each received a “Who I Am Makes A Difference”® Blue Ribbon for their help with an anti-bullying recognition program that the City of Barstow, CA. council has adopted.
